On connection error, archiver outputs raw error message #344

This is a really confusing looking error message. All it means is: something went wrong when attempting to download the file.

With all other archiver error messages, there’s an attempt to convert the raw message into plain english. This is the one exception to that. It would be nice to catch it, and convert it to plain english.
