When on a publisher page (e.g. for UN Habitat), the title looks like this:
<title> - Organizations - IATI Registry</title>
The publisher name is missing, and it uses CKAN's "Organizations" rather than IATI's "Publishers" terminology.
I think it should look like this:
<title>UN-Habitat - Publisher - IATI Registry</title>
