As a member of IATI support answering a query that has come in by email
I want to identify the IATI Registry account(s) that match the email address that the query originated from
so that I can make my first response more informed.
I am open to advice on exactly how this should be implemented and where it should exist in the interface. It should be a feature that is only available to admin users, and should be in the straightforward form of query -> response through a form. It should take account of the possibility of multiple users having the same email address, given that I'm led to believe that early version of the Registry allowed multiple users to register with the same email.
