Brief Description One publisher (that I've found) has a % in their name. When you click through to their publisher page, it 500s.

Steps to Reproduce Go to https://iatiregistry.org/dashboard/mypublishers?page=1 as a logged-in sysadmin user Click on the top result See internal server error.
Unsure if this is related to the Python3 upgrade; this is an edge case that may well have been broken for a long time!
This still happens.
