Change Logs shouldn't be so prominent, especially given its private page #448

Brief Description The second item on 'Home' in the main Registry menu bar is 'Change Logs'. This seems unduly prominent for such a page. This is especially so given that the page is not public, and requires some level of authentication (not sure which types of account can view).

Steps to Reproduce Hover over 'Home' on the Home page menu bar.

Expected Results/Behaviour Would expect this to be in less prominent place.
