Feature description Create a pyABC conda package/installation

Motivation/Application Although installing through pip works most of the time it does have a tendency of breaking python environments from time to time. A conda install is safer, as it can deal with conflicts automatically.

@JulianoGianlupi could you please detail in which way the pip installation breaks python environments? I am using pyABC on multiple computers and operating systems, and did not encounter any issue so far.
