This fixes both drawing issues (#7), and clear screen lag.

Includes:

Moves drawing into update.
Speeds up drawing lines by creating a drawCircleyLine function which avoids the huge redundant checking introduced by drawing circles shifted by one each time.
Moves clear screen into update, based on a flag.
