We should get redundant CNC'd hubs in case such problems arise again (8 total, or at least 6).
For now, can we use any previous hubs? I remember not all were equally bad. Alternately, can a new setscrew hole be drilled into this faulty hub? (That gives me another idea - why not have extra setscrew holes in the upcoming CNC'd hubs?)
Live bot testing is likely to begin soon, hence the urgency :)

Agreed

Mark's working on getting to the CNC machine now. If we're ready to test and he hasn't made us some almost-perfect CNC'd hubs, we'll install the old ones. I'd like to avoid breaking down the Mech wheels more than is necessary, as they wear noticeably from doing so.

The standard ones already have two setscrew holes (both are FUBR on the hub in question).
We're working on getting Mark access to the CNC machine again. The process changed this semester, so there's some more paperwork, but that should be knocked out on Monday.
Closing this, we can deal with it in #67.
One of our mecanum wheel hubs is stripped where the setscrew should attach. Even using a new setscrew and being very careful, the Al is clearly shredding and the hub's threads are trashed. One setscrew is actually stuck in the hub, free spinning in one of the setscrew holes. We need new, CNC'd hubs ASAP.
