Browser changes for Snowstorm ECL 2.0.

These include:

Support displaying refset members in ECL results:
- Dynamic ECL results field headings
Inactive refset member or concept highlighting
Stop stripping terms from ECL when sending to API otherwise syntax error messages from the API have an incorrect character index.
