[WIP] Revamp #33

Concern: this is neater but things are buried in the folders.

Possible resolution:

  1. Add "if you're looking for a list of events, find them at: http://byld.iiitd.edu.in/hacknights" in README
  2. On that page add a link to this repo (not a per-event link, because those might break when you move stuff from here to archive)

Also if we have a session which isn't during a semester then it may break your organization. Tho we can easily add 20xx-summer and 20xx-december in those cases when really needed

An alternate (ugly but functional) naming scheme could be that each folder is named YYYY-MM-DD:event_name:event_version and we could have yearly archives 2017, 2018.

No strong feelings about either way of organization. Either is better than the current mess

Please resolve this so that we don't have to deal with merge conflicts when I add my session's content tomorrow.
