Repo structure #35

This issue is for discussing things related to the structure of this repo. Currently, it is a big freaking mess.

A few basic things we want to achieve through this repo is:

one place to see/propose/edit/suggests sessions/initiatives by Byld
decrease duplication: currently there is a similar thing on byld-website repo. We would like to combine both of them.
