Automate data node creation (mkresc) #6

Get rid of the last chunk of manual steps on the documentation for a data node:

The IDS admins will do a couple of things. First, they will create your 
resource definition in iRODS so that some name can be used to 
reference your server and vault path (e.g. a name like 'ids_dbio_1'). 
Second, they will set up part of the IDS namespace for your organization.
