Introduction

ids-tools is a set of scripts and python packages for managing and interacting with the INCF Dataspace. See the main INCF Dataspace on the INCF website.

The main source code repository for ids-tools is hosted on github.com_.

Quickstart

After registering an account at INCF Dataspace_ you might want to install ids-tools package:

pip install incf.ids-tools

If you are familiar with iRODS, that would be enough to get you started. Otherwise, please refer to our in-depth tutorial in the github wiki_.
