Contains the code for demo collab "Electrophysiology Data Analysis Showcase: Spatio-temporal Beta Activity in Motor Cortex" on the HBP Collab V1. The collab's notebooks are also included in this repo. While some work had been started on testing snakemake on this workflow, this was not finished.
