The template in the wireframes is predicated upon the ability to use only widgets to build the landing page. Largo's landing pages do not have an option to display zero posts, so we'll need to modify the template to display zero posts instead, by removing https://github.com/INN/largo/blob/f50df16e9e06fb9402802e2f1ce76ce058d26d76/series-landing.php#L87-L149

This will allow us to have the fullwidth header image, as well.

Template is created in #58, at 2h15m of research and dev on my end plus I think 20m of @joshdarby's research. The 2h estimate here was predicated on the idea that we wouldn't have to make a custom template.

The custom HTML for the various widgets that we'll be sticking in as Custom HTML widgets remains to be done.

@MirandaEcho For the "Our Voices" section HTML, what icons are we planning to use here?
