Update buttons (and sticky nav) to use brand fonts #53

RESULT: buttons are using times new roman in the footer and Helvetica in the global nav and sticky nav EXPECT: should be using the brand font (open sans)

NOTE: I also just noticed that the sticky nav is using Helvetica and should be open-sans or roboto slab (aka brand fonts)
