Update the News and Art sections to have thumbnails following the featured image

@MirandaEcho @kaylima These already have thumbnail images. Does this mean just change the size of them?

So for this one we need to:

[ ] Rename these two sections to something ...1x3 to describe their layouts
[ ] Make sure they're getting the homepage-middle-1x3 widget area layout styling
