RESULT: empowered cover image broken

NOTE: This goes to a specific book detail page rather than a listing page of books like the other drop-down options for Midwest in the main nav. Not sure if that's the intended user flow for this section. Also, should the URL be something like /midwest/books? Or, should this be moved to a top level nav item?

The Empowered image is fixed.
The page is currently a list of two books.
If we wanted this to go to a URL /midwest/books/, it would need to be the child page of a parent page with the slug midwest, which I'm not sure is something that can be done with the top-level /midwest/ URL being the region archive at https://usenergynews.wpengine.com/midwest/
