Homepage and Region page bottom layout changes

Changes

rearranges the homepage and region bottom post layout, for #49
- gets rid of alternating two/three rows, replaces with n rows of full-width posts with left-aligned thumbnails, to match the mockup given
- this applies to Load More Posts
- fixes region LMP code so that the region partial is used on region LMPs
- unifies home bottom, home LMP, region bottom, and region LMP code so that all use the region partial for post output.
extends right sidebar to full-height column, for #49
makes homepage top terms align with the top of images, for #50

@ben this looks good. His only feedback thus far was related to the sidebar content and what should be there.
