Requirements:

[ ] Custom search specific to Digest with date, keywords, region
[x] - Sign up form on the page
[x] - Suggest a story & feedback form (with existing Ninja forms plugin)
[x] - Suggest a story OR
[x] - Other feedback
[x] - Name & email (required)
[ ] - Add donate button with editable CTA
[ ] - Add links to site-wide FAQs page via anchors
[ ] - Ability to manage Subscriptions

Notes:

Archive page is currently not ideal (just a category archive page)
User scenarios:
- User wants to manage their subscriptions
- User wants to find an article from a previous email by date and/or search terms
- New user wants to sign up for email digests
- User wants to submit a story suggestion
Goal: clean and functional
Include a map showing different regions (Ken will send)
