Sticky notes improvement (from TB)

While working with notes with Team Black, they suggested these improvements/additional features:

### Tasks
- [ ] Move the delete button closer to the window to edit the note. Right now it is a bit small and hidden in the lower right hand corner
- [ ] Allow to add multiple recipients.
- [ ] Add a recipient/change it in an existing note. Right now if users forget to add a recipient or selected the wrong recipients, they have to create a new note to fix this.
- [ ] Add a default title (in italic) for notes without a recipient (e.g. _No recipient_) to avoid having an empty space on top of the note

General comment: notes-related windows/buttons are a bit all over the place in the workbench. See task above about the delete button and comment below.

And a question: why not allowing to edit the note in place (=in the yellow rectangle) instead of having a separate window?

If it's too hard to do that, maybe it can be a good idea to move the editing window in the secondary column, which is closer to the where the Note button is.
