Description: DAT-Core will support Portal publication of stable (release) versions of HORNET design files. While some of these will be hosted on alternative repositories / platforms and only linked to, CAD files shall also be accessible in the same form as SPARC dataset files. SIM-Core will permit CAD model inspection, modification, and sharing of variants. Potential formats of interest to HORNET are: stl, step, dxf, gerber, and odb++ etc.
Deliverable: o²S²PARC service
Acceptance criteria: An o²S²PARC service permits to inspect and modify CAD files. The associated o²S²PARC study can then be shared on and/or published.
Out of scope: CAD-specific Portal sections. CAD files shall be handled like normal files in a published dataset.
