Reset password: verify the email is registered #1253

Describe the user role I am user and I think I have an account on oSPARC, but I forgot the password. Actually, the user has never registered to oSPARC.

Describe the goal Make clear to the user that the e-mail is not registered when they try to reset the password.

Steps to reproduce While being logged out:

  1. Go to osparc.io
  2. Click on "reset password"
  3. Type an email that is not registered (as abcd@mail)
  4. Confirm
  5. A flash message appears saying that an email has been sent to abcd@mail.

5 obviously confuses the user, who continue to think that the email was already registered

Additional context Just reported from an external user, see FB 185061. And also by an internal user during internal testing, see FB 190352.

Hi @pcrespov, I imagine this requires some backend (+ frontend changes)? It's not super-high priority, but it would be nice to fix I think when possible. See additional reports of this issue above.

Maybe useful: I tried the reset password with an email very similar to my real one, but who's not registered and I received this email:
