Hi, I'm struggling to open a project. Is this behaviour known?

So the information shown here comes straight from the backend, and actually shows that a problem happened. I am not sure yet this is bad or not. It shows the increase of system capacity encountered an issue. Maybe one thing could be done from the frontend is to show some error message when it goes above 100%.
