Services use outdated version of ci-service-integration-library image #1564

There are some service that use a dev version of the ci-service-integration-library:

We should update these services, and maybe more services should use 'latest' instead of a fixed version number.

Thanks for reporting this @wvangeit, also adding @JavierGOrdonnez for the medical image processing service.

Have you found anything specific wrong with ci-service-integration-library:v1.0.1-dev-33? If I remember well, @GitHK used to tag old versions with "dev" but they were also meant to be used in production, but maybe I'm wrong.

Not specific, but I don't which improved have been made since then. I dev version number looks a bit scary :-) And as mentioned in the original ticket, maybe using 'latest' would be good.
