Persistant Look and Feel - s4l #1729

Make the view and sorting settings persistent (allso in Sim4Life).
Currently you have to change to list view (instead of icon view)
every time you open the dashboard, and the sorting order is lost.

Since we do not allow users to move windows around in the web application I am also not sure what we could make persistent.
