Toolbar should extend from left of the S4L window all the way to the right

• [ ] Toolbar is extended on the top of the window
• [ ] Model/Simulation/Postpro views are labeled via icons
• [ ] Logger and console are shown side-by-side at the bottom of the window
• [ ] Logger and console are collapsible to the bottom
• [ ] Logger and console collapsed shows status (via colors)
• [ ] Every algorithm has run, stop, outputs access UI in the Controls window
• [ ] Pop-over for signal sources to a simulation (e.g. signal for FDTD simulation)
• [ ] Properties window will contain relevant properties of the selected item
