iSeg cannot save large files #503

Long story short

When attempting to save a project in iSeg to the output directory, the program hangs.

Expected behaviour

iSeg should save files as output.

Actual behaviour

Program hangs.

Steps to reproduce

Open \filesrv.speag.com\sandbox\newton\toManuel\segmentations.h5 as an h5 link in iSeg, then click "Save Project as..."
