Policy about 1 study opened/user shouldn't count studies opened on different products #944

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open a study on osparc.io
  2. Open a project on s4l-lite.io -> it cannot be opened and gives error saying only one project can be opened.

  1. Close the study on osparc.io
  2. On s4l-lite.io a new project can be opened

    Expected behavior

    I can open a study on s4l-lite.io while I have others opened on osparc.io.

@pcrespov, @mguidon, this is what we discussed yesterday. I think the policy of one study should apply only to s4l-lite.io and shouldn't count studies on osparc.io. For the moment, I think it's a minor issue, but I guess this was not the expected behavior. fyi @odeimaiz, @sanderegg
