Run tests on multiple OS for better coverage

As a developer i want to make sure our tests cover all operating systems, in order to catch bugs that might be OS dependent.

Acceptance criteria:

• [ ] Make pipeline run tests for both windows and linux systems
• [ ] Move linting to its own job
