Create project workflow

[Kanerix]

Create workflow that tests the project and automatically create a new release when the version changes.

Acceptance criteria:

• [x] Run all our test and fail workflow if tests fails
• [x] Create a new release under our project
• [x] Only create release for pushes on our main branch

Nice to have:

• [ ] Create dev releases for our staging branch
