add support for amazon platform_family #299

Chef 13 added new platform_family amazon and the same to be added to the cookbook.

Expected Behavior

Create resources for amazon platform_family.

Current Behavior

Resources for amazon platform_family are not being created.

Possible Solution

Add amazon platform_family along with rhel.

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

Run kitchen test for chef13 Amazon Platform. e.g. kitchen converge default13-amazon

Context

Cookbook is broken for Chef 13 on Amazon platform.
