Problem with peptideshaker - import canceled

Import is canceled when I try to visualize my SearchGUI search.

Spectrum files import failed when trying to import xxx.pkl

Hi,

We are sorry but we don't support spectrum files in the pkl format but in the 
mgf format. If your mass spectrometer does not allow the output in mgf, you can 
find a converter here: 
http://www.matrixscience.com/help/instruments_xcalibur.html under "Utilities" > 
"merge".
