Import cancelled #57

It seems to be when I have a large amount of data I am trying to combine. I've
seen it with a number of different searches now.

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect a fully loaded file, I get a cancelled import.

> What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.35.6. Win7 64-bit, all updates, 64 GB RAM.

> Please provide any additional information below.
I am attempting to combine the results for numerous searches (different search
algorithms) of multiple MS files (different samples). This takes days to
process, so it's a tad annoying when it fails right near the end.

It won't let me attach files and when I paste the file, the resutl is too long,
so I'll post this into the Google group.

I Marc,

it's still hanging on the DBY_100 results when I use PhosphoRS. I think I
passed along this dataset the second time around? If not, let me know and I
can provide it if you want to take a look.

If I use A-score it's all fine, a lot quicker too. For this data, it
doesn't matter if I haven't been consistent with the processing of
different files, so I've just used A-score. Thought I better let you know.

Hi again,

Thank you for notifying us on this! It is great if you can use the A-score for
this data. I am working on improving our implementation of PhosphoRS so that it
goes through your files as fast as with other mass specs :)

Best regards,

Marc
