Inputting DeNovo results with SearchGUI results #64

What is the best way to input DeNovoGUI results with SearchGUI results into 
PeptideShaker? When entering the identification file(s) you end up with a 
choice of either the searchGUI settings or the DeNovoGUI settings, not both. 
Which one is preferable? Also is there a wiki to help understand what the 
settings in DeNovoGUI refer to and what the boundaries are?

issue here.

As to the question about a wiki for the de novo settings you can find some 
details here: 
http://code.google.com/p/compomics-utilities/wiki/IdentificationParametersCLI. 
For further details you'd have to contact the developers of the de novo 
algorithms.
