The loading of the searchGUI output into peptideShaker

> What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I was expecting the window of PeptideShaker to open, with the results of the 
PSM.
Instead I had this message:

Dear Stefania,
Thanks for reporting this issue. It seems that PeptideShaker is hanging when 
mapping peptides to your protein database. Would it be possible for you to make 
the data available to me (mvaudel at gmail.com)?
