Visualization: Trellis Function #1

Add trellis capability to the dendogram/map visualization. This allows the user to see the dynamic nature of the response, e.g. adaptive vs progressive responses. Thus, if several time points or doses are shown, they are trellised by time or by dose. (Already discussed)
