I tested primary use case 2 on Mac-dev and ctox -- both worked. I tested Kam's edited file on Mac-dev and ctox -- both worked. Need to watch as Kam runs this on internal system -- possibly with Mark looking.
Marking as resolved based on feedback from Kam at our Nov 15 Full Team mtg. Development team had worked with Mark Frank of Corteva on Oct 26 to identify a tmp directory permissions issue that we had resolved in other instances with a known fix as we moved from Ubuntu to the CentOS Linux distribution. Kam has looked at 8 studies since that date without this issue occurring.
I’ve tried to upload two datasets to the Corteva internal Ctox instance and have received the following error message via email in both cases. One was proprietary data and the other was the RNAseq dataset available on the public Ctox instance.
Error is this:
“Workflow status Step 1a Failed: Computation script failed to calculate fold change data”
This error occurs after uploading RNAseq sample files. The platform shows the “Success Submitted process for group fold changes using XXXX. An email will be sent to XXXX when the job completes and the information is available. I receive the above error message within a few seconds via email.
