Currently, once a release has been submitted for approval, there is no straightforward way for the submitter to remove or withdraw their submission if they realize a mistake was made or if they decide not to proceed with the release for any reason. This limitation can lead to unnecessary clutter in the approval queue and complicate the approval process for both submitters and approvers.

I propose the addition of a "Withdraw Submission" button for pending releases. This button would allow submitters to easily remove their release from the approval process. The button should be clearly visible and accessible in the user interface where submitters review their pending releases.

An alternative solution could involve contacting an administrator or A&R team member to manually remove the submission. However, this process is less efficient and places an unnecessary burden on both the submitter and the administrative team.
