Enhancement

When Data Starvation occurs (at the start of a production line) and there is No Barcode Reader (Zero in the Scan Station Queue)
To add the option to do a 'Query Work Order Info' lookup.

Background

Data Starvation (That is when SMEMA detects a PCB but there is no Hermes Data) currently relies on:

When there is No Barcode reader, and therefore No Barcode in the Scan Station Queue, there is no trigger/event to start a 'Query Work Order Info' lookup.

Design

Functionality should mimic the options available in the ScanStation Source, without the Barcode options. Values should use the Equipment Values.
