Ok super ces recommandations. Un mot sur pourquoi pas dbplyr peut-être ? Je suis loin d'être un expert du domaine donc tu as sans doute de bonnes raisons de ne pas le proposer. Du coup, pourquoi ?

C'est super cette partie. Quand la fiche sera mergée je mettrai en place un widget mouseover pour le html comme ça les définitions apparaîtront en surbrillance

Ca vaut peut-être le coup de dire que l'objectif est de ramener des résultats de taille modérée, pour limiter les temps d'échange réseau et le risque de saturer la mémoire de R.

D'après Manuel (expert postgre à Orléans), les versions de pgadmin disponible sur si@moi sont tellement vétustes qu'on peut les considérer au même titre que des "virus". Il m'a lui recommandé de récupérer une version en ligne. Je ne sais pas si c'est quelque chose à préconiser mais voilà

À vérifier avec nos amis de l'innovation, mais il y aussi une image pgAdmin sur la plateforme Innovation. Peut-être s'orienter vers cela du coup.

D'après @AureDisanto , il devrait y avoir des versions récentes dans le nouvel AUS, et surtout les montées de version devraient être réalisées régulièrement.

Je pense qu'il faut renvoyer à des ressources existantes sur internet, mais ne pas faire une fiche à part entière. Je vais regarder ce qu'on peut conseiller.

Non parce qu'il suffit d'avoir une fonction conditionnelle à l'output comme c'est déjà le cas pour certaines

Je viens de compléter la fiche. @RLesur je te fais une proposition sur la partie dbplyr, de manière à donner à l'utilisateur une idée concrête mais très succincte de la manière dont le package s'utilise. N'hésite pas (ainsi que les autres d'ailleurs) à compléter, supprimer, remodeler, réécrire si cela ne paraît pas pertinent. Simplement, je pense que la fiche est complète à 90 %, j'aimerais qu'on boucle assez vite pour la fusionner à la branche maître.

Je me demande s'il ne faut pas remanier le plan de la fiche (sans modification notable du contenu). Voici une proposition. Si ça vous va, je peux faire la restructuration.

  1. Rappels des notions essentielles sur les bases de données;
  2. Une partie très courte qui explique comment on travaille avec une BDD: 1/ on se connecte; 2/ on fait des requêtes; 3/ on se déconnecte.
  3. Comment on se connecte:
    • via DBI;
    • via odbc.
  4. Comment fait des requêtes:
    • via DBI et SQL;
    • via dbplyr avec la syntaxe dplyr;
    • comparaison des deux approches.
  5. Bonnes pratiques.
  6. Références.
