Add rivers

[Inspirateur]

I want this game to have flowing rivers to push the player to adapt to its environment and divert existing water flow for irrigation.

Experiments on water sim are done in this separate repository https://github.com/Inspirateur/CheapWaterJS

• [ ] figure out a good water sim model
• [ ] create rivers in terrain generation
