Sample code. Real code would need:

deal with start and end index that are not 128-bit aligned
use OpenMP to additionally parallelize (and deal with non 128-bit aligned indices for each thread)

Useful start for people on Apple Silicon Macs. Linux compile probably works on Intel Macs (TBD).
