Removal on Scratch Wiki and future of this extension

A recent Community Portal post stated that Arc had been removed from the Scratch Wiki, because payouts to it never happened.

Also, the post stated that Arc's website had no Terms of Use or Privacy Policy and numerous complaints around the Internet.

Because of this, would this extension need to be deprecated and/or archived?
