Supply Chain Analytics - Python & PowerBI

Problem Statement

As the main data analyst for Just In Time, you will help solve key shipment and inventory management challenges, analyze supply chain inefficiencies, and create insightful dashboards to inform business stakeholders about potential problems and propose structural business improvements.

Task

  1. Build visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to analyze supply versus demand ratio, over or understock, and shipment delays.
  2. Summarize your findings in an executive summary.

Data

The data was provided by DataCamp as part of the competition. All three datasets(fulfillment, inventory, orders_and_shipments) have been uploaded to this repository.
