Translations (español done) -- need translators! #4

There are a ton of Floridians who only speak Spanish. We should get a Spanish-language version of the chatbot running as well.

To do this, we will need translations. Near the end of this Google Doc are translations needed. Please add your ideas!

I translated the sample responses that are there in the doc. There are a bunch of translators monitoring #irma-español on Slack for on-demand translations.

Thanks for all the help so far. We will be adding more words & phrases to translate as we continue development, please check back when you have a chance!
