fix(LeaderboardPlugin): Update leaderboard to handle new structure introduced for tasks #123

The current implementation does not scale to various types of leaderboards, but it works for now. If another type is introduced it would be better to refactor it such that we can predefine a set of categories that will be parsed and rendered correctly automatically
