Add .toLocaleString() formatting to numbers in the UI #26

This makes it a lot easier to see bigger numbers (like 10s of millions of exp) and in a format the the user expects.

I haven't used that one yet. If any of those numbers get larger than 1,000, it's worthwhile for sure.

Ah no they don't, but they range from 0.0000001% to 100%
