Avoid verbose output at vim startup #6

Eventually, I will also silent the git output:

fatal: Not a git repository (or any parent up to mount point /home)
Stopping at filesystem boundary (GIT_DISCOVERY_ACROSS_FILESYSTEM not set).

Thanks for contributing! I'd like to keep the messages for debugging purposes. I had a new commit 3748d4cd29c97c0bbb8c90bbcf2774f12ab7a842 to turn off the verbose output by default.
