  1. minimum openGL or DirectX version is needed to run Avocado
  2. Minimum CPU\RAM any other info. Avocado close with "Cannot create OpenGL context" message on openGL 2.1 GPU

Added Requirements section.

OpenGL 3.2 requirement will be lifted in the future for Software rendering.
